These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.amberwinters.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Returns Timescale

All goods sold on this website can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Limitations on Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. Defective goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for coverage.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for retail customers. Returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

We do not refund shipping costs for returned orders.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to improper handling or use.
Amber Winters reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned damaged or in a condition that renders them unsellable as new.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing once the return is received and inspected.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Amber Winters regarding the sale of goods on this website.

7. Changes to Terms

Amber Winters reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website after changes have been made shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
